Description
Veterans of Fort Worth Packing Industry are being honored in the Swift & Company's annual business report. The fifteen employees on the honor roll completed thirty-five years of service or more in 1939. Three of the men are pictured, left to right, J. M. Forgelin, R. L. Hacker and T. C. Acola. Mr. Forgelin, Mr. Hacker, and Mr. Acola all served with the Swift & Company for thirty-seven years. All are wearing a three piece suit. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition, February 4, 1940.
