Description

Marsh Farmer, former Texas Tech University hurdler from Aledo, Texas, running an exhibition high hurdles race at a triangular track meet between Texas Christian University (T. C. U.), Southern Methodist University (S. M. U.), and Baylor University. Farmer is shown in the midst of leaping over a row of wooden hurdles. His left leg and right arm are extended forward. He is wearing a pair of shorts and a t-shirt. Beside the track, at right, a few people are watching the race. Farmer finished the high hurdles in 14.6 seconds.
