These three officials were pleased when Fort Worth, Texas, civic leaders voted unanimously for the organization of a Civitan Club. Seated left to right are W. N. Tolleson, of Dallas, Texas, president of the Dallas Civitan Club and governor of the Texas District, Civitan International; Arthur Cundy, Birmingham, Alabama, secretary of Civitan International; and Glenn Williamson, who was elected president of the Fort Worth, Texas, group. The three men are sitting on a couch and are wearing suits. Mr. Cundy has a folder open on his lap.
