Image shows Miss Mary Louise Butcher, daughter of Mrs. Erwin T. Herbert, will be the duchess from Fort Worth, Texas, at the annual Cotton Ball at Texas Agricultural and Mechanical College. Miss Butcher is wearing a long, off-the-shoulder dress. She is sitting on the floor and the skirt of the dress is spread around her in a circle. She is also wearing a pendant necklace. To the right is a chair and behind her is a fireplace. Published in the Fort Worth morning edition April 27, 1941.
