Description

G. Z. Riedel, a restaurant owner of Vernon, Texas, barbecued meat for the Wilbarger County 4-H Club to serve at the banquet they gave businessmen and ranchers at the club livestock show. He is standing, wearing a shirt, trousers and a tie and is holding a rectangular serving platter. On the platter is a large piece of meat. Behind him are people sitting in chairs. On the back wall is an American flag.
