Description
Hank Oana, of the Fort Worth Cats, at the bat; behind him, the catcher is Gus Mancuso, of the Saint Louis Cardinals. Oana is shown in action as he connects his baseball bat with the ball. The hit carried over the centerfielder's head and drove in two runs, giving the Cats a lead that was held for six innings. Oana has his leg stepped forward and both his arms extended with the bat. Mancuso is squatting with both of his arms stretched out. He is wearing a catcher's mask and a chest protector.
