Description

Thailand Citizen Studies Livestock. Thailand's Department of Agriculture and Fisheries was represented on the Fort Worth livestock market Tuesday when Saluey Emasiri, graduate of Cornell University, toured the market. Seen with a motion picture camera with which he is recording his study of the Texas cattle industry, Emasiri is shown with two of his Fort Worth hosts, Henry Howell and Leonard Dickson. South Texas development of Brahman cattle and cross-bred Brahmans, he thinks is the key to the problem facing the Thailand government in producing a better beef and dairying industry. Shown left to right are Henry Howell, Leonard Dickson, and Saluey Emasiri. Published in The Fort Worth Star-Telegram Evening Edition April 11, 1941.
