Description
W. C. Moore, chief chemist at Armour and Company, is explaining a chemical problem to these students and instructor of Texas Technological College who visited the plant. The students are on an inspection tour of industries in the Fort Worth, Texas, area, sponsored by the Student Chapter of the American Institute of Chemical Engineering at the college. Standing left to right are A. G. Oberg (faculty sponsor), W. C. Moore, Walter Studebaker, of Lubbock, Texas, secretary of the student organization, and Evatt Horne, of Cisco, Texas, president of the organization. Mr. Oberg is wearing a suit, Mr. Moore is wearing a lab coat and the two students are wearing trousers and collared shirts. Mr. Moore is holding a piece of paper. Behind them is a doorway and a brick wall.
