Description
Two members of Battery B, 133rd Field Artillery, said goodbye to their girlfriends at the rear of the armory at 13th Street and Jennings Avenue in Fort Worth, Texas, just before Battery B and Headquarters Battery of the same regiment left for Camp Bowie at Brownwood, Texas. Seated on a pile of duffel bags are, left to right, Private Lorayne Griffin, Martha Ann Diggs, Private Mac R. Waldrip and Eva Mae Crider. The servicemen are wearing their military uniforms. Miss Diggs is wearing a dress and a coat. Miss Crider is wearing a dress and a fur coat.
