Miss Rose Ella Wilson is purchasing a Red Cross Roll Call membership from M. Frank Kinney. Miss Wilson is an employee at an insurance company. She is sitting at a desk, in front of a typewriter receiving the first 1940 membership purchase , 10 days before the campaign goes into effect, February 12-24. She is wearing a button-up blouse. Mr. Kinney is the general chairman of the campaign. He is wearing a three piece suit, standing and handing the membership slip to Ms. Wilson. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram evening edition, February 2, 1940.
