The honored guest at a joint luncheon of the Weatherford Rotary-Lions Club is Brigadier General William Hood Simpson, commander of Camp Wolters. Left to right are Fred Measure and Elizabeth A. Simpson. Mr. Measure, Lions president, is dressed in a three piece suit. Mrs. Simpson, who resides in Parker County, is the General's mother.
