    Description

The small town of Imperial, Texas in Northern Pecos County was founded thirty-two years ago. Until recently, it was nothing more than a wind-swept "four-corner" community. With the oil boom rolling into town, Imperial is enjoying a prosperity they never anticipated. Joe Simmons is a driller with the Sinclair Prairie Oil Company No. 1. E. E. Grove, east outpost. Mr. Simmons is taking time out for lunch. He is wearing a cap. button-up shirt, and overalls.
