W. S. Lamb, new mayor of Mansfield, Texas. Lamb defeated S. Otis House, who had been mayor of the city for 10 years. Lamb is standing in front of an empty wall, wearing a dark three-piece suit and a pair of eyeglasses. He is turned slightly to his right. He is a farmer and cotton buyer for an oil and gin company.
