Description

Members of the Plainview, Texas, Chamber of Commerce, who staged the 1941 Fat Stock Show. They are Harold Bowmen, right, chairman of the attendance committee, Bob Hooper, center, seen with a cattle halter around his neck, and Vigil Winn, left, a member of the committee, holding Mr. Hooper's arm. Mr. Bowden is wearing a suit and a hat. Mr. Hooper and Mr. Winn are wearing shirts, trousers, neckties and hats. There are unidentified people sitting in an automobile in the background.
