Description
Bill Haseloff, 20, and his grand champion Hereford steer of the Wilbarger County 4-H Club show at Vernon, Texas. The steer weighed in at 905 pounds after going on feed scaling 475 pounds. He was under the feeding care of Mr. Haseloff for 206 days. The feeding was under the supervision of County Agent W. W. Evans and Assistant County Agent Bill Rector. Mr. Haseloff is standing outside, next to his steer. He is wearing a shirt, trousers, necktie and a hat. There is a group of unidentified people in the background as well as automobiles.
