Description

A nobleman of Khorassan was welcomed to the Azotos Temple, Dramatic Order of the Knights of Khorassan (D. O. K. K.), when the order held a regional meeting at the Pythian Castle Hall to honor Doctor Thomas E. Payne, right, imperial prince. Doctor Payne is being greeted by Clyde Mays, royal vizier of the Azotos Temple. The two men are standing in front of a wall, shaking hands. Doctor Payne is wearing a three-piece pinstripe suit and Mr. Mays is wearing a double-breasted suit. Doctor Payne is holding a cigar in his left hand. Behind Mr. Mays, at the far left, is an unnamed man who is seated on a bench and looking on.
