Achilles Ojeda Gonzales, left, of El Paso, Texas, and Arthur E. Carter, of Luling Texas, examining a program of the joint convention of the Southwestern Photographers Association and the Texas Professional Photographers Association (TPPA) which opened at Hotel Texas. Gonzales was the grand prize winner in the photo contest for association members, and Carter is a past president of the TPPA. Gonzales is wearing a dark three-piece suit and Carter is wearing a double-breasted suit with a striped tie. Both are also wearing eyeglasses. Behind them is a window with the blinds closed.
