    Description

    Making himself at home in the new U. S. Army Recreation Center is Private Daniel J. Kerr of Company B 60th Training Battalion at Camp Wolters. The Recreation Center is located in the Colonial Room of the Hotel Texas. Private Kerr is sitting at a desk, smoking a cigarette, and writing a letter to his family in New York City. He is dressed in a collared shirt, necktie, sports coat, and trousers. Published in Fort Worth Star-Telegram, morning edition, June 1, 1941.
