    Description

The "41st Bombing Squadron" inaugurated its portion of the annual Chamber of Commerce membership and budget drive at a luncheon at the Blackstone Hotel. "Major" S. Scott Teel (left), commander of the Hawks, challenged "Major" Ed G. Parker, leader of the Eagles, as the "flight" for $6,000 in new funds for the chamber began. The two men are standing in front of a blank wall. Teel is wearing a pinstripe suit and Parker is wearing a three-piece, double-breasted suit and eyeglasses. They are turned towards each other, smiling, and Mr. Teel is handing Mr. Parker an envelope.
