Speakers at the Fort Worth Jackson Day Dinner at the Blackstone Hotel included, left to right, Langford Carlton, Young Democratic Club leader; William McCraw of Dallas, Texas, principal speaker; Clyde Thomas, president of the club; and Ardell Young, toastmaster. The four men are all wearing suits. Mr. Carlton, Mr. McCraw and Mr. Young are sitting at a dining table, and Mr. Thomas is standing behind the table between Mr. McCraw and Mr. Young. On the table are dinner plates, glasses and cutlery. Behind Mr. Young is an American flag.
