    Description

Chief Jerry Withers, far left, shows members of his den a Chinese kite, one of the prizes to be awarded at the kite carnival for Boy Scout Cubs at Rosemont Park. The scouts, standing, left to right, are Richard Massey, Charles A. Hamilton and Raymond Foster. Kneeling beside the kite to be entered in the contests is George Blazi. All boys are members of Troop 2, sponsored by Polytechnic Methodist Church. Raymond is holding another kite. All the boys are wearing their scout uniforms.
