Description
The Texas Shorthorn Breeders Association held its annual dinner at the Westbrook Hotel. Attendees at the dinner included, left to right, W. E. Peterson, of Justin, Texas, president of the association, Doctor Florence I. Scoular, director of home economics at North Texas State Teachers College in Denton, Texas, and Colonel E. N. Wentworth, director of Armour's Livestock Bureau, of Chicago, Illinois. The three are standing in front of a blank wall. The two men are wearing suits with patterned ties and Dr. Scoular is wearing a polka-dot dress, a coat and a hat. Published in Fort Worth Star-Telegram March 10, 1941.
