Description
Miss Floyce Bailey, representing the Woodmen of the World lodge, was chosen queen of the Fort Worth Fraternal Congress at a fundraising benefit for infantile paralysis fund at the Elks Club. She is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. F. E. Bailey. She was selected from representatives of the nine societies. She is standing in front of a bare wall, wearing a sash,. cape and crown. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition, January 30, 1940.
