First Lieutenant F. G. Macomber, of Eugene, Oregon, is the public relations officer for the Invantry Replacement Center at Camp Wolters. The former teacher at the University of Oregon, was called into active duty from his reserve post. His department in the replacement center will receive the first of 18,000 selections next week. Lieutenant Macomber is standing against a wall wearing his military uniform and a coat.
