Texas Sheep and Goat Raisers Association. Meeting in Sweetwater. Mr. and Mrs. Ray Willoughby of San Angelo, Texas, who certainly have a right to smile as Willoughby possibly produces more wool than any other Texan, having contracted 400,000 pounds of the staple this year. The couple is sitting at the dining table smiling for the camera. Mrs. Willoughby is wearing a dress and a layered necklace while Mr. Willoughby is wearing a suit. On the table is a variety of tableware, cutlery and food. There are some unidentified people at the dinner table in the background.
