Cover of the Spring 1940 telephone directory for Electra, Texas. D. M. Robb is the vice president and general manager of the Electra Telephone Company. He sees no reason why telephone directories should not be ornamental as well as useful. The covers are created with photographs taken by Mr. Robb. This spring 1940 cover shows a man sitting in a chair and a scene above him of a man fishing. Published in The Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition, March 4, 1940.
