    Description

The Southwestern Exhibition and Fat Stock Show is getting a head start on publicity for the 1940 show with a Goodwill Tour. Left to right are George Putman, Clyde Jones, and J. W. Rhodes. They are engaging in a bit of cap switching as J. W., drummer in the Texas Wesleyan College band, is putting his cap on Mr. Jones and thus admitting him to the band fraternity for the trip. Mr. Putman, is wearing a three piece suit and his conductor's cap. In addition to his new band hat, Mr. Jones is dressed in a double breasted suit. J. W. is wearing his band uniform. The train is at a stop behind the men.
