Description

There was fresh excitement at the airport and the new Municipal Seaplane Dock at Lake Worth, and there would have been more if it had not rained . The seaplane dock (part of it is shown at the upper right) is ready for dedication. In this picture is, left to right, Captain D. C. Kelley, R. W. Cantwell and Captain R. S. Fogg. All of them are seen to be wearing hats. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram.
