There was fresh excitement at the airport and the new Municipal Seaplane Dock at Lake Worth, and there would have been more if it had not rained . The seaplane dock (part of it is shown at the upper right) is ready for dedication. In this picture is Captain R. S. Fogg, seaplane facilities expert with the Civil Aeronautics Authority. He standing by his little Fairchild seaplane, chatting with Captain Douglas C. Kelly (center) and Co-Pilot R. W. Cantwell who brought a four motored Consolidated Aircraft land bomber in at the airport. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition, February 28, 1941.
