Clay Berry, new state president of the Southwestern Association of Building Owners and Managers. He is shown here wearing a suit and tie and sitting at a table with his hands holding a cigarette and resting on the table. Behind him is a desk with a clock, photo, and other items. He is looking to setting dates for the 1942 convention. Berry came to Fort Worth from Houston in 1929 as manager of the Jesse Jones interests. He is an active civic work , appointed as member of the oil and gas committee of Chamber of Commerce, member of the Rotary Club, Fort Worth Club and Fort Worth Boat Club. He is married and has two sons, Clay Junior, 12 and Sam Hay, 7. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram evening edition, February 26, 1941.
