Miniature portrait of Mrs. Thomas M. Ryan and son, Johnny shows the seated mother wearing a dress. Her son stands beside her wearing slacks and an open-necked shirt. Painted by Mary Eleanor Witherspoon, the work will be on display at the Collins Gallery in Fort Worth, Texas. This photographed was published in the March 2, 1941 morning edition of the Star-Telegram.
