Brabson and Lieutenant Colonel Henry S. Blesse. They are looking out the window at the progress that has been made in the hospital area. Colonel Brabson is the camp commander. He is dressed in his military uniform. Lieutenant Colonel Blesse is the camp surgeon. He is wearing his military uniform. Published in Fort Worth Star-Telegram, morning edition, February 7, 1941.
