Personnel at Camp Wolters are busy building and preparing for its opening as a replacement center for selective service trainees. Major Dott E. Smith is the chief of the camp's 300 police. He has had wide experience in similar government construction jobs. He is standing against a wall, wearing a three piece tweed suit.
