Americana is the theme of present fashions, with all kinds of influences noted in the costumes. New styles feature a predominance of red, white, and blue. Miss Helen Whiting is standing in front of a door, her hand on the knob, and modeling one of the outfits. She is wearing a defense red jacket with a Hawaiian print skirt of red, white, and blue. The blouse is a natural color. Red beads and a hat complete her ensemble.
