Description
Reverend L. V. Fortenberry has served as the Everman's Baptist pastor for the past two years. He recently tendered his resignation so he can accept a job in Sterlington, Louisiana, an oil town. Reverend Fortenberry will preach his last sermon Monday at Everman before leaving with his family to take over affairs of the First Baptist Church of Sterlington. The thirty-nine year old preacher completed his work for a bachelor of theology degree at Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary and will return to graduate with his class. He is standing against a wall, dressed in a double breasted, three piece suit.
