Description

These members of the January class at North Side High School are standing at a long table and helping to make blankets for British war sufferers. Left to right are Barbara Boswell, John Glenn, Leota Lavender and Betty Switzer, Bill Turley and Margaret Bruner. Note the smart little Red Cross work bags the girls have. The cylinder-shaped ones include purse space as well. Published on January 22, 1941.
