Description
Five members of Battery B, 133rd Field Artillery, waved goodbye from a 155-millimeter howitzer as the unit left Fort Worth, Texas, for Camp Bowie. Standing before the howitzer, which was slung behind an Army truck, is Private Jesse L. Sanders. The others, left to right, are Privates Harvey Hanson, Ira W. Wyche, Vernon Walker and Jesse Chapman. The men are wearing military uniforms. In the background, at left, is the City Delivery Transfer Company building.
