Description
The Sunshine Club is providing twenty new pairs of shoes to children at West Van Zandt School. Ten of those school children are pictured outside, modeling their new shoes. They are standing in line, against a wall of the school, some in coats. The total number of shoes purchased by the Sunshine group is fifty pairs. After checking through the city welfare department, the club plans to purchase more shoes, hosiery, milk, and other necessities. The membership of the Sunshine Club has been kept anonymous thus far, and according to a spokesman, it will remain a secret.
