    Mrs. Julius Waring Walker, of Plainview, Texas, center, president of the Texas Federation of Women's Clubs, and her two appointees on the executive committee, Mrs. Volney W. Taylor, of Brownsville, Texas, left, and Mrs. J. A. Hill, of Canyon, Texas. The executive committee met at the Woman's Club preceding the opening of the all-day business meeting of the new board of directors of the state federation. Mrs. Walker is wearing a long-sleeve dress, fur scarf, a hat and gloves. There is a flower pinned to her scarf. Mrs. Taylor is wearing a dress, necklace, fur coat and a hat and is holding a handbag. Mrs. Hill is wearing a long-sleeve dress, a hat and eyeglasses.
