Attending the American National Livestock Association convention at the Blackstone Hotel were L. C. Montgomery, left, of Heber, Utah, president of the Utah State Cattle Association, and William Kittredge, of Klamath Falls, Oregon, president of the South Oregon Livestock Association. Mr. Montgomery is wearing a three-piece suit and a hat. Mr. Kittredge is wearing a pinstripe three-piece suit.
