Description

The spotlight fell on several prominent guests at the annual Stamford Chamber of Commerce Banquet. Left to right are Charles E. Coombes and A. J. Swanson, manager of the Swanson Land and Cattle Company. Mr. Coombes is dressed in a three-piece suit. Mr. Swanson is being presented with a trophy after his election as Stamford's most useful citizen. He is wearing a three-piece, double breasted suit. Behind the men is a poster for the military.
