Mr. and Mrs. H. D. Cornell are building one of the most attractive and modern ranch homes in the Southwest. The Bar C Ranch will raise and train Palomino and Arabian horses. Located in the Davis Mountains, about ten miles from Kent, Texas, the ranch features a picturesque mountain backdrop. Mr. Cornell is standing inside his new home, admiring a saddle. The beautiful, hand stamped saddle was made in El Paso, Texas. Mr. Cornell is wearing a button-up shirt, trousers, and cowboy boots.
