The Fort Worth Junior Chamber of Commerce is holding their installation banquet. Sitting on a couch before the ceremony, left to right are Binford Arney and Mrs. M. Ward Bailey. Mr. Arney is an attorney and the state president of the Jaycees. He is dressed in a double breasted, pinstripe suit. Mrs. Bailey is the wife of the retiring Jaycee presidents. She is wearing a dress with a corsage and a flower in her hair.
