Description

Fort Worth, Texas, mayor, I. N. McCrary, switched the foot long cigar to his left hand to lead the police quartet in caroling. Harmonizing with the Mayor, left to right, are W. A. Huffman, Roy Hilts, O. D. Huffman, and J. L. Hart. They are performing at the City Hall Christmas party. Mr. Huffman is wearing a three-piece pinstripe suit. Mr. Hilts is dressed in a double breasted suit. Mr. Huffman is wearing a dress shirt, necktie, trousers, and his badge on his belt. Mr. Hart is dressed in a collared shirt, necktie, trousers, and a badge on his belt. He is holding his peaked cap in one hand and a cigarette in the other. Mayor McCrary is dressed in a three piece suit. The over-sized cigar was a gift from city employees. There is a Christmas tree in the background.
