Miss Louise Riddle is a model for the National Fashion Exhibitors of America in session at Hotel Texas. She is wearing a blouse, blazer and skirt with a hat and bag duo in spring tweeds. The hat has a stitched brim of tweed and a straw crown and head-size strap. Crash-diving into the crown is a imported heaven-pink and brown bird. The tweed bag matches the hat brim.
