Description

In response to the call for warm clothing to be sent to Greece, these women are knitting garments which will be donated to the cause through the local committee of the Greek War Relief Fund. The knitters are, left to right, Mrs. Chris Davis, Mrs. Sam Georges, Mrs. Helen Rousse, Mrs. James G. Gavrel, Mrs. G. K. Smith, and Miss Marguerite Gavrel. Mrs. Davis is wearing a short-sleeve dress. Mrs. Georges is wearing a button-up dress. Mrs. Rousse is dressed in a blouse, sweater, skirt, and a cross necklace. Mrs. Gavrel is wearing a button-up blouse, skirt, and a cameo brooch. Mrs. Smith is dressed in a sweater and a skirt. Miss Gavrel is wearing a velvet blouse and a skirt.
