Description
In the attic of the Payne home is an elaborate 400-foot track, 27-switch, scale model railroad. Under supervision, John B. Payne Junior lets his son, John B. Payne III, play with the electric train. They are gazing at the 10-stall round house and the engine turntable, their favorite section of the model. Mr. Payne is dressed in a tweed suit. His son is sitting on a stool in front of him, wearing striped pajamas.
