    Knickerbocker Lecture Tickets Go Fast: H. R. Knickerbocker lecture will be held at First Baptist Church auditorium on Thursday at 8 pm. Proceeds will go to Goodfellows Fund and the Santa Pals. Tickets sold quickly with the help of the Optimist/Optimisses Club. In this photograph Mrs. Roxie Turnage (left), assistant secretary of the Optimists is observing Mrs. Tom Q. William’s (right) technique in selling G. N. Hailey (gentleman standing in the middle) a handful of tickets. Mrs. William is chairman of ticket sales in the Optimisses Club for the Celebrity Series.
