Three generations of Monnig's employees are (left to right) Mrs. Emma Cook, who has been with Monnig's 26 years; her daughter, Mrs. Gussie Stephens, an employee for 10 years and her granddaughter, Mrs. Dorothy Parton, who has worked for more than a year. The threesome are standing next to each other and are wearing dark-color dresses. Tribute was given to the loyalty shown by this family association in a store meeting. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram evening edition, December 6, 1940.
