    Shown here is Mrs. Wheeler Worley the new president of the Fort Worth Optimisses Club. She was elected and installed at dinner and dance held at the Hotel Texas. She is replacing retiring president, Mrs. Floyd Shelton. Mrs. Worley is wearing a button-up dress and a scarf in her hair. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition, December 8, 1940.
